同社の開発した“X-PAC”シリーズを採用しております
[表生地＋X-PLY＋フィルム＋裏生地]の順に異なる素材を貼り合わせた、
4層構造からなる特殊マテリアルです。撥水/防水性があり、
X型のポリエステルファイバー が斜め方向の動きを抑えることにより、
軽量性と強度の共存を実現しております。

ポリエステル素材の非常に薄いPETフィルムをラミネート（圧着）加工する事で、強度・軽さ・防水性を兼ね備えた素材
強度と軽さを兼ね備えた表生地の裏面にX-PLYと呼ばれるポリエステルを撚って紐状にしたものを、
バイアス（生地に対して斜め）方向に配置する事で、織物の弱点である斜め方向への伸びを抑えている

We use the “X-PAC” series developed by the company.
Different materials are pasted together in the following order: [Outer fabric + X-PLY + Film + Lining fabric]
A special material with a 4-layer structure. Water repellent/waterproof
X-shaped polyester fiber suppresses diagonal movement,
It achieves the coexistence of lightness and strength.

<Material>

X-PAC VX-21, VX-03
A special fabric with a 3-type structure made by laminating 3 types of materials: outer fabric + thread (fiber) + lining fabric using a special method.

A material that combines strength, lightness, and waterproofness by laminating (crimping) extremely thin PET film made of polyester material.
The back side of the outer fabric, which combines strength and lightness, is made by twisting polyester called X-PLY into a string shape.
By arranging it in a bias direction (diagonal to the fabric), it suppresses stretching in the diagonal direction, which is the weak point of textiles.
